How to reach us from Santa Maria Novella main train station (SMN)

Our best suggestion is to take a TAXI (about 10 minutes ride) and the approximate cost is Euro 15.00 daytime. There are always taxis at the train station.


For lite travelers, you can choose the BUS option, which is letter D line, running from 7.00 am to 8.15 pm every 10 minutes. This bus line ends / starts at the train station and ends / starts about 30mt form our Hotel, so it's very easy to reach us: you get on the bus and wait until the bus arrives at the end of the line.

You will need a ticket to use the public transportation. You can buy it in any tobacco shop or news stand. There is one tobacco shop inside Santa Maria Novella train station and the ticket cost is Euro 1.20. Once on board, you'll have to stamp it and then it'll be valid for 90 minutes. The same bus ticket on board costs Euro 2.00 and you'll need the exact change to buy it!
